Re: Request Formation of an Ad Hoc Committee with Regards to the Lowest L aw
Enforcement of Cannabis Ordinance.
Pursuant to discussion at the Committee on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation meeting held
on April 19, 2010 in Kona, I am submitting this communication be placed on the next meeting
that is scheduled for May 18, 2010, for the formation of an ad hoc committee, in compliance
with Ordinance No. 08 -181.
