Discussion by Corporation Counsefrid possible Executive Session regarding
County ofHawai`i vs. 1250 Oceanside Partners, et al
Please add this matter to the council agenda for May 19, 2010. I would like the bond attorney to
attend this meeting along with Corporation Counsel to explain to the County Council any
circumstances surrounding the $26M bond to complete the Mamalahoa Bypass Road that may
inhibit the completion of the road.
