RE: Request for scheduling of executive meeting -
County of Hawaii v. 1250 Oceanside Partners, CIV. NO. 10- 1 -157K
Pursuant to Section 92- 5(a)(4), Hawai'i Revised Statutes, as amended, the Office
of the Corporation Counsel respectfully requests the Council schedule the above matter
for an executive meeting at the next available opportunity before the full Council.
We anticipate discussion with the Council on matters and questions pertaining to
the Council's powers, duties, privileges, immunities and liabilities.
