Subject: Testimony to support Resolution 321 -10
Please be advise that I support Resolution 321 -10 regarding a Grant -in -Aid program to assist private
road systems in maintaining their publicly accessed roads.
That will authorize the Hawai`i County Council the option to designate a portion of the district's fuel tax
allocation to be utilized for a grant -in -aid program for nonprofit organizations for the purpose of road
maintenance for private streets and roadways.
