I'm writing in support of resolution no 308 -10 that puts forth a plan to regulate fish collection in the
waters of West Hawaii. The fish collectors at Pebble beach etc have gone too long without any
restrictions. If it continues the reef population will be decimated. I will be monitoring your vote on this
important resolution.
