Aloha,
Please ask the Charter Commission to reinstate the 2% Land Fund; 1% isn't enough.
Many, many people still support 2 %. One gentleman who testified last time said, 2% of his property tax
was the equivalent of a couple of plate lunches.
Isn't keeping a few special places in open space for our residents and visitors worth a couple of plate
lunches a year?
