First, I apologize for the last minute request to move the update report from the Energy
Advisory Commission (EAC) from your February 2, 2010 committee meeting to your
February 17, 2010 committee meeting due to the availability of EAC Commission Chair,
Guy Toyama. He is available and confirmed to present an update on February 17, 2010.
