Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 211, Draft 2, Operating Budget 2010 -2011
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 2, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would increase General Fund Revenues -Fund
balance from Prev Year by $17,276 and increase Expenditures by Clerk- Council Svc S &W by
$50,328, increase Health Benefits by $5,875, increase Retirement Benefits by $7,550, increase
Employer Benefit by $3,851 and decrease Clerk- Council Svc OCE by $50,328. The
appropriation will fund a Legislative Specialist position (step F) for Kona.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
