AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 09 -65, AS AMENDED, RELATING
TO PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS AND FINANCING THEREOF FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
JULY 1, 2009 TO JUNE 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09 -65, as amended, Relating to Public
Improvements and Financing Thereof for the Fiscal Year July 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010,
is hereby amended by increasing an appropriation and by adding a related project:
PUBLIC WORKS:
Kaumana Drive Flood Protection Project - Federai
(110.299.5292.72) [$ 191,000] $ 441,000
Kaumana Drive Flood Protection Project - County $ 350,000
(110.299.5292.78)
SECTION 2. Funds for these appropriations shall be provided from:
Federal Grants Receivable $ 250,000
General Obligation Bonds, Capital Projects Fund- $ 350,000
Fund Balance and /or Other Sources
SECTION 3. Bracketed material represents the appropriation amount being
amended. Underscored material represents the amended appropriation.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect upon its approval.
