UNFINISHED BUSINESS Comm. 796: 2009 ANNUAL REPORT ON THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY GENERAL PLAN (the primary intent of this report is “to monitor progress towards achieving the General Plan goals, objectives, and policies,” and shall be the means to reconcile and prioritize competing community needs, from a County-wide perspective during the annual budgeting process) From Planning Director Bobby Jean Leithead Todd, dated April 15, 2010, transmitting the above report, pursuant to Section 15-3 of the General Plan. Postponed: May 4, 2010 (Note: There is a pending motion made by Mr. Onishi and duly seconded by Ms. Naeole- Beason to close file on Comm. 796.) Close file.
