ADOPTED AMENDMENT TO HOUSING RESOLUTION
"BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Office of Housing and Community
Development shall first evaluate homes offered to the County for any asbestos lead-based
paints and other hazards; evaluate the appropriateness and costs of renovations to the
units; make its recommendation to the mayor; and inform the Housing Agency of its
recommendation."
