An ad -hoc committee was created to establish a grievance procedure in compliance with Ordinance No. 08 -181 consisting of Councilmembers Dominic Yagong, Chair; and Brenda Ford, Kelly Greenwell, and Emily Naeole- Beason as members: Comm. 572.8 postponed to the call of the Chair: Ayes: Committee Members Enriques, Ford, Greenwell, Hoffmann, Naeole- Beason, and Chair Yagong Noes: None. Absent: Committee Members Ikeda, Onishi, and Yoshimoto. Serving the Interests of the People of Our Island Hawai `i County is an Equal Opportunity Provider and Employer PSPRC -21 Page 2 May 18, 2010 Comm. 819: A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE ORGANIZATION "LAW (Res. 340 -10) ENFORCEMENT AGAINST PROHIBITION" IN ITS EFFORT TO ADDRESS THE ILLICIT USE OF HARMFUL DRUGS IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (LEAP members are former members of the law enforcement and criminal justice communities that have joined together to end the "War on Drugs_") From Councilmember Kelly Greenwell, dated May 6, 2010, transmitting the above resolution.
