Please find attached Bill 239, Draft 2.
Bill 239 was amended by the contents of Communication No. 784.1, as further verbally amended by the
council and duly approved during the May 19, 2010, meeting of the council.
Communication No. 784.1 was further amended by amending section 29 -6 to read:
"Section 29 -6. Penalty.
Any person convicted of any offense under this article shall be sentenced to pay a
tine not to exceed $500 [or imprisonment for a term of not more than thirty day.,]."
