temperature of the Pahoa pool facility.

15. IMPACT ON OPERATIONAL BUDGET: Short term operational impacts would be positive as heat is provided to the facility free of charge; long term impacts are dependent upon the heat provider's
willingness to negotiate a longer -term heat conveyance at minimal or no charge.
