Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund Expenditure
Civil Defense Water Spigot Program by $79,700 and increase the Department of Public Works
Water Spigot Program by the same amount.
