AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09 -64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`L•
SECTION I. Ordinance No. 09 -64, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3305.06 State Grants - Glass Recycling Program Solid Waste $ 4,390
3305.10 State Grants - Used Oil Collection /Disposal Solid Waste 3,943
Total $ 8,333
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is /are hereby appropriated to the following
fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below:
