AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09 -64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING
BUDGET FOR THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING June 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI'I:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 09 -64, as amended, is hereby further amended by increasing revenues in
the following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2.

3301.19 Federal — 2010 Block Grant General $2,998,922.00
3607.08 Block Grant — Program Income 25,000.00
Total $3,023,922.00
SECTION 2. The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is hereby appropriated to the
