Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease General Fund Revenues Real
Property Taxes by $200,820 and decrease Expenditures Prosecuting Atty S &W by $21,248,
Kona Pros Atty S &W by $123,326, Health Benefits by $23,500, Retirement Benefits by $21,686
and Employer FICA by $11,060. Four positions will be un- funded.
