Subject: Proposed Amendments to Bill 211, Draft 3, Operating Budget 2010 -2011
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease Revenues -Real Property Taxes by
$20,545 and decrease Expenditures Mass Transit —S &W, Regular S &W by $20,545. The
appropriation will be used to cancel a potential real estate tax rate increase.
