Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease General Fund Revenues Real
Property Taxes by $750,000 and decrease expenditures Transfer to Solid Waste Fund by the
same amount.
A corresponding Solid Waste Fund amendment would increase Solid Waste Fund Revenues
Landfill Tipping Fees by $750,000 and decrease the Transfer From Gen Fund by the same
amount.
