Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, Operating Budget 2010 -2011
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease General Fund Revenues, Real
Property Taxes by $350,000 and decrease Expenditures P &R Adm OCE, Lava Viewing Program
by $350,000. The appropriation will decrease the Real Property Taxes to reduce the potential
real property tax rate increase.

account(s) are reflected below:
