Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund Revenues Real
Property Taxes by $669,713 and decrease Expenditures 'Alae Cemetery S &W by $22,621, Hilo
& W. HI Vets Cem S &W by $22,621, Coordinated Services S &W by $70,592, Parks Maint
S &W by $195,615, Recreation Div S &W by $135,132, EAD Special Programs S &W by
$32,277, Health Benefits by $82,250, Retirement Benefits by $71,924, and Employer FICA by
$36,681. Sixteen positions will be un- funded.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
