Subject: Proposed Amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3
Below for your consideration is a proposed amendment to Bill 211, Draft 3, regarding the
operating budget. This proposed amendment would decrease the General Fund Revenues Real
Property Taxes by $23,000,000 and increase Revenues ARRA Grants by $50,000,000 while
increasing Expenditures Post - employment Benefits (GASB) by $11,000,000, Provision to
Restore Furloughs by $7,000,000 and Provision to Restore Funding by $9,000,000.
The following amendment affecting appropriation(s) to the revenue account(s) and expenditure
account(s) are reflected below:
