This is to transmit Bill No. 350, Draft 2, which was the result of amendments made at the Council's meeting on
November 15, 2000. Specifically, the council moved the language regarding the duration of the waivers to
SECTION 4 and added language that shadowed Section 3 -11 of the Hawai`i County Charter to SECTION 8
relating to the automatic repeal upon the 61 day following adoption of the original ordinance.
