Aloha Councilman Elarianoff,
Just a short note to thank you for your efforts regarding the proposed gas
station on Church Row. I believe that the construction of a 24 hour,
brightly lit, high traffic, retail business on Church Row location will
forever change the face and tone of historic Church Row and Waimea. I am
unable to take time off of work to attend the County Council meeting on
Thursday but I will fax my testimony to the Council.
