"Ad Hoc Committee with regards to the Lowest Law Enforcement of Cannabis Ordinance."
The Lowest Law Enforcement of Cannabis Ordinance was passed by a sound majority of the voters.
There are provisions of the ordinance designating implementation responsibility to the Council.
Whether an `ad hoc committee' is or is not the right place to start I am not certain.
The `ad hoc committee', nor anything else, should be used to only put up an appearance of doing
something.
As required by the ordinance, the grievance procedure needs to be put in place and there needs to be
close attention applied to ensuring that funds are not appropriated nor accepted by the Council for use
inconsistent with the ordinance.
