The following are concerns and questions we have regarding the consultation: 1. Please explain the purpose of this reorganization. 2, What are the associated costs involved with the reorganization and consolidation of Autorotive Division and Mass Transit? 3. In regards to the reclassification to higher Salary Range levels of Position #03356 and Position #04125, what in their duties have increased to justify the reclassification upwards? Has the complexity of their duties changed? 4. Now that Position #03356 Mass Transit Operations Assistant will be reclassified to Office Manager, and she will no longer be performing her duties, what position wiii her current workload be assigned to? Do you anticipate creating a new position to handle the additional volume under the Automotive section? 5. Employees are working at full capacity with regard to their current workload. What impact will the consolidation have on current and new duties and responsibilities? 6. Will any employee be physically relocated? 7. Will consideration be made as to maintain the current worksite location for Position# 01067 and Position# 00314 at the Automotive Division Baseyard? 8. Will changes be made to employees work schedules? 9. In regards to the proposed redescription and reallocation of Position# 00305, can the proposed reorganization chart be revisited to allow for consultation with incumbent of the current position? 11. Please clarify the Allocation Class and Salary Range for Position #04090. 12. Please identify the clerical position that will be providing administrative support to the County Transportation Specialist Position # 04125. 13.11 is our understanding that you will be meeting with the affected employees to discuss the proposed changes.
