Please vote for Council Member Yagong's Resolution #335. This recommendation to the Charter
Commission is the right thing to do.
I have testified for the 2% Land Fund numerous times and my husband and I collected petition
signatures to put the issue on the ballot. The economy will always have fluctuations and we believe
administrations will always have an excuse to kick the can down the road
The voters strongly supported the 2% Land Fund the first time, let them again decide when the charter
amendment with the Resolution #335 changes is on the ballot.
The economy is improving. Land prices will be going up.
Please please do the right thing! Vote yes for Resolution #335.
