applicants for a number of years to help maintain good community planning and
development. The Planning and Design Review Committee has reviewed the proposed
gas station/convenience store/car wash and/or fast food development on Church Low,
and the Committee has found the proposed use not compatible with adjacent property use
or the Waimea Design Plan. We urge you to adopt Resolution 00 -345.
