Re: Comm. No. 653 /Bill 185
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Communication 653 and Bill 185, reports as follows:
Bill 185, transmitted via Communication No. 653 from Department of Public Works Director
Warren H.W. Lee on December 7, 2009, an ordinance amending Chapter 24, Article 10,
Division 4, Section 24 -276 of the Hawaii County Code 1983 (2005 edition, as amended), relating
to vehicles and traffic, adding a pedestrian crosswalk on Ali'i Drive in Kailua -Kona, one
hundred seventy feet north of Sarona Road, fronting Moku'aikaua Church
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accord with the purpose
and intent of Bill 185, and recommends passage at first reading.
