This is to inform you that the Hawaii Office of the Prosecuting Attorney is the recipient of a
grant award from Hawaii's Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) Program to
support the Non - Support Prosecution project from November 1, 2009 to June 30, 2010. The Office
of the Prosecuting Attorney is responsible for covering the cash match requirements. The following
is the award amount.
An Applicant's Manual is being sent directly to the project director. The project director
will need to submit an original and two copies of the application to the Department of the Attorney
General, Crime Prevention & Justice Assistance Division. Instructions on completing the
application are provided in the manual. If you have any questions about the award, match
