Re: Bill 212, Draft 4
Amendments to the FY 2010 -2011 Capital Budget
This is to transmit Bill 212, Draft 3, which was the result of amendments approved at the
Council meeting on June 7, 2010, replacing, increasing and/or adding the following projects:
Projects Appropriation

1. Pahoa Senior Center 550
2. Pahoa Community Aquatic Center Heating System 350
3. Pahoa Transitional Housing 3,000
4. Kahakai Blvd Improvements 3,000
Net Increase (Decrease) 6,900
The amendments increased the FY 2010 -2011 Capital Budget, Draft 3 by $6,900,000 to
$159,963,000. The increases in Draft 3 and 4 represent a total of $15,297,000 or 10.6% higher
than the Draft 2.
