RE: A Resolution to Promote the Cultivation, Processing, Marketing, Distribution and
Use of all Varieties of Cannabis
The attached resolution is to promote the production of cannabis for the benefit of filling a void
within the agriculture and industrial sectors and to allow the public regulated alternatives to
alcohol use.
Please place on the appropriate agenda for the next Council Committees meeting scheduled for
June 22, 2010.
