UNFINISHED BUSINESS Comm. 641: A RESOLUTION TO AMEND THE RULES OF PROCEDURE AND (Res. 283-09) ORGANIZATION OF THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI‘I TO INCLUDE PROTOCOLS FOR COUNCIL-INITIATED AMENDMENTS TO THE SUBDIVISION CONTROL CODE AND ZONING CODE OF THE HAWAI‘I COUNTY CODE (provides for amendments to Chapter 23, Subdivision Code; and Chapter 25, Zoning Code, to be referred to the Planning Director and Windward and Leeward Planning Commissions directly from the Council’s Planning Committee for the required 120-day review) From County Clerk Kenneth Goodenow, dated December 2, 2009, transmitting the above resolution.
