I urge you to continue looking for ways to cut the mayor's budget. Excluding the councilwoman
from Puna, your suggestions have merit. Just because Mayor Billy refuses to go up against
powerful unions (perhaps he is planning to run for office elsewhere ? ? ? ?), EVERYONE should be
included in budget cuts, without exceptions.
