Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 162-99, reports as follows:
Resolution No. 162-99, transmitted by County Clerk Al Konishi, via Communication No. 507,
dated October 22, 1999, transfers funds as follows:
From:
010-107-5107.02-106 Printing $7,000
To:
010-107-5107.01-021 Overtime S & W $7,000
The transfer of funds will enable the County Clerk's Office, Election Division to cover a
shortage in the Overtime account. The shortage is due to the payment of retroactive wages, and
staff s participation in statewide working sessions.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Resolution No. 162 and
recommends its adoption.
