Dear Chairperson Yoshimoto,
Sidney Ayabe and I would like to meet with the Hawaii County Council and
further explain the background, legal issues and claims of this case. We would like to
respond to the many questions we believe the Council members have about this
lawsuit.
We understand that a convenient date for us to meet with the Council is
Wednesday March 3, 2010 in Hilo. We will place that date on our calendar and unless
we learn that the meeting is postponed to another date and time, we will appear on
March 3.
