SUBJECT: A presentation on the Little Fire Ant
I've invited Cas Van Berwoude. an employee of the State of I- lawai'i to discuss the Little Fire
Ant, its impact on agriculture, humans, their pets, and control methods. This invasive species is
dangerous to every living creature on the island and resides on the ground and in the trees.
Please agendize this item on February 17, 2010 and allow 30 minutes for a power point
presentation and questions.
