Aloha Council Members:
As a resident of Puna (Hawaiian Paradise Park) I strongly
support Resolution 321 -10. Many drivers use our roads in HPP
if you drive in the morning traffic you know this. Many people
cut through the park to avoid the backed up traffic on 130.
We need to have safe roads for all people to drive including our
emergency vehicles that need to access people in these area's
and many other areas that have private roads.
All drivers pay the tax. It only seems fare that all roads
including private roads should benefit from Resolution 321 -10.
I am asking you as our council members that you do what is
only right for all people of the Big Island.
We the people need your vote in favor of this Grant -in -Aid
program.
Mahalo,
Marcie H Greenwell
HPP Resident for the past 14 years
