Many drivers use our roads in HPP if you drive in the morning traffic you know this. Many people cut through the park to avoid the backed up traffic on 130. We need to have safe roads for all people to drive including our emergency vehicles that need to access people in these area's and many other areas that have private roads. All drivers pay the tax. It only seems fare that all roads including private roads should benefit from Resolution 321 -10. I am asking you as our council members that you do what is only right for all people of the Big Island. We the people need your vote in favor of this Grant -in -Aid program.
