I support Resolution 321 -10 for a grant in Aid Program to assist
communities in maintaining their publicly accessed roads. Supporting
maintenance (not taking it over) of sub - standard subdivision roadways
throughout the Big Island will benefit ALL drivers. We urge you to vote
in favor of this Grant -in -Aid program.
