WS), and to Enter Into a Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement for any
Liability Resulting from the Transfer of Ownership and Control of these Coqui Frog
Sprayers and Trailers, as a Condition of the Donation to the County of Hawai`i.
'The sprayers were part of the USDA WS community loan sprayer program which
was discontinued in April 2009 due to lack of funding, and are being transferred to
the County, which will continue the loan sprayer program.)
