AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 09-64, AS AMENDED, THE OPERATING BUDGET FOR
THE COUNTY OF HAWAII FOR THE FISCAL YEAR ENDING JUNE 30, 2010.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII:
SECTION 1 Ordinance No 09 -64, as amended, is hereby further amended by appropriating revenues in the
following amount(s) to the fund(s) as set forth in Section 2

3308.60 Federal Grants - Tsunami Observer Program General $ 20,000
Total $ 20,000
SECTION 2 The foregoing amount(s) as specified in Section 1 hereof is /are hereby appropriated to
the following fund(s) and expenditure account(s) as set forth herein below
