Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 165, reports as follows:
Bill No. 165, transmitted by Finance Director Harry Takahashi, via Communication No. 525,
dated October 29, 1999, amends Ordinance No. 99-70, as amended, the Operating Budget ending
June 30, 2000. The amendment is as follows:
From:
3304.46 State Grants-Energy Coordinator General $1,300
To:
O10-161-5162.85 Energy Coordinator General $1,300
Additional funds were provided from the State to cover salary increases for the aforementioned
position.
Your Committee on Finance is in accord with the purpose and intent of Bill No. 165, and
recommends it pass first reading.
