My wife and I are residents of Hawaii in North Kohala. We are both working 2 to 3 different jobs to be
able to pay our bills. We cannot afford to pay out more for property taxes.
We think, and hear from others like us, that now is not the time to raise taxes on the people who are
trying to keep from going under. We would like you to reconsider the increase in property taxes and not
increase them at this bad economic time for many of us.
