Dear Council Member Yoshimoto,
As a long time resident of Volcano (over thirty years), I want to go on record with my concern for raising my and my
neighbors' property taxes on AG1 land as much as the mayor plans in his upcoming budget. This attempt to make up
budget shortfalls in the coming fiscal year with mixed property tax increases is just the very worst possible solution. I
feel creating another solution without the increase in our agricultural lands taxes is most important at this juncture.
