This type of tax that hits only Wes Hawaii and not all the Island equally is barbaric and unjust. Any politician
who performs this type of action shoulcl step down and just go.
My second home is in Kailua-Kona and as such, 1 am unable to vote. This is simply taxation without
representation! Shame on the Mayor for proposing this type of unjust tax. You need to revisit this whole tax
issue and apply your cuts first, then pass on the taxes equally across the lsland. Once you accomplish this, then
you can hold your heads high knowing that you were honest and fair.
