This is an outrage simply because we in Hawaii already suffer through lower salaries than many
on the mainland! It is an outrage because we live in a primarily rural setting with fewer
amenities such as proper sidewalks or even shoulders to roads, handicap access areas, etc! This
is an outrage because an increase of this nature will KILL many of us finanacially, already
struggling with bad loans, school expenses, furloughed salaries, etc!!!
