Enclosed is a resolution accepting a donation of a six foot bench from Mr. Franklin E.
Zimring, 40 Arlmont Drive, Kensington, California. This plastic bench, with an estimated
total value of $1,252, will be installed at Richardson Ocean Park.

Council action is being requested to accept and acknowledge a donation of a 6 ft plastic bench by Frank
Zimring to be installed at Richardson Ocean Park. Bench is valued at $1,252.

RE: Resolution No. 365 -10 : A Resolution Authorizing the Acceptance of a Donation of
a Six Foot Bench for the Department of Parks and Recreation.
Pursuant to Section 2(g) of Rule 4 of the Rules of Procedure of the Council of the County of
Hawai`i, this written request is submitted with my approval that the above - referenced matter be
waived from the Finance Committee to the full Council for immediate action. In the event this
request is denied, for whatever reason, I understand the matter shall be referred to the Finance
Committee for placement on its future agenda.
