Dear Council Members,
Plese support Bill 263. This is what we the voters asked for (2 %) and expected that it would not be taken
away (suspended) as it has. Thus the need for the Charter amendment.
Vote Pono and respect the peoples need and desire for open space and natural resource protection.
Anything less will lead to depression of another sort than financial.
