Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations, to which was referred
Bill 261, reports as follows:
Bill 261, transmitted via Communication 839 on May 28, 2010, from Public Works Director
Warren Lee, an ordinance amending chapter 24 of the Hawai`i County Code 1983 (2005 Edition,
as amended) relating to vehicles and traffic, adds Napo`opo`o Road /Middle Ke`ei Road
intersection, all approaches, to Article 10, Division 2, Section 24 -264, Schedule 12 (stop
intersections), subsection (f) Kona.
There was no public testimony and no discussion by your committee.
Your Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations is in accordance with the
purpose and intent of Bill 261, and recommends passage at first reading.
